To walk alongside a person in their journey with God is one of the greatest gifts we can give. We offer Spiritual Direction for those wanting to go deeper into their prayer life or relationship with God. This is usually done on a monthly basis.

Spiritual Direction is grounded in Ignatian and Carmelite Spirituality drawing on the wisdom of the Saints and the Sacred Scriptures.

For those coming on retreat, guidance is available for those who seek it.

​

We offer Spiritual Accompaniment to those needing a listening ear or who wish to share aspects of their experience in prayer or daily life.
